HerrenbergRiesling trocken, VDP.GROSSE LAGE, Vielfalt Geschmack Paket
It is 8.31 p.m. On the 15th floor. Somewhere in Europe. A day when ‘Herrenberg’ once again makes history. This wine has presence, opulence and density. A wine that allows you to make up your own mind about it, that carries tension within it, that loves friction. But it is in top form, and its triumph is a joy to drink…
“Dieser Wein ist mächtig. Ein intensives Erlebnis.”
Marco Nussbaum (Hotelier prizeotel, Deutschland)
The Counts of Leiningen were the ‘lords’ of the region at the time and were the most powerful ruling family in the south of Rhineland-Palatinate. Nowadays, ‘Herrenberg’ is one of the most well-known wine-producing areas in the Mittelhaardt region.
The intensely red “Terra Rossa” soil is the most striking feature of this locality. The climate and earth combine to create fresh, powerful Rieslings.
